Sprachendienste International BUJUPI is based in Mannheim and supports clients throughout Germany, Albania and elsewhere in Europe. Since 1990, we have helped individuals, businesses, courts and public authorities with documents and appointments.

You can enquire about translation and interpreting in all languages. Our main language areas are Albanian, Bosnian, Croatian, Macedonian, Serbian and Slovenian. For other languages, we check the subject, deadline and availability of a suitable translator or interpreter before confirming the assignment.

Documents we can help with
- Personal documents: birth and marriage certificates, records and documents for submission to an authority.
- Education and employment: diplomas, school certificates, applications and documents for the recognition of qualifications.
- Business: correspondence, contracts and specialist texts, subject to review of the field and requirements.
How to request a quote from another city or country
- Tell us the source and target languages, intended use and your preferred deadline.
- Upload readable documents through the customer portal. An initial visit to Mannheim is not required.
- After reviewing your documents, we agree the price, turnaround time, required format and delivery or collection arrangements with you.
If the translation is for an authority or institution, include its requirements. Please clarify in advance whether it needs originals, a certified translation or additional formalities. Requirements can differ between receiving institutions and countries.
Interpreting for appointments
Request an interpreter for appointments with authorities, courts, notaries or businesses, or for private matters. Include the language, date, time, location and expected duration. An enquiry becomes a booking only after our explicit confirmation.
